Judy Penta is a nutritionist, and is board certified as a holistic health counselor by the AADP (American Association of Drugless Practitioners) and by Columbia University Teachers College. She has an MBA, a BS in nutrition, and is a certified personal trainer by the NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine).
Judy specializes in nutrition and fitness coaching, and uses an approach that encompasses the entire well-being of the client. Her mission is to provide customized, comprehensive programs that focus on healthy eating and lifestyle changes, and support long term health and disease prevention.
Her coaching is designed to empower clients to take charge of their health and resolve concerns specific to their body.
