Christina Morris, L.Ac., Dipl.O.M., Certified Reflexologist

Christina Morris is a Licensed Acupuncturist in the state of New York. She is a Diplomate of Oriental Medicine, including Diplomate of Acupuncture and Herbology and Board Certified by the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM). Christina studied at the International Institute of Chinese Medicine where she earned a Masters Degree in Oriental Medicine.

During the course of her training, Christina has studied around the world: In China, she completed clinical internships in Acupuncture, Chinese Herbology, and Tui Na at the China-Japan Friendship Hospital in Beijing and the Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Chengdu. In Thailand, she received training in Thai massage. Stateside, Christina interned at New Mexico's largest rehabilitation hospital, Health South, and completed studies on Acupuncture for the Cancer Patient at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center Integrative Medicine service in New York City.

Prior to her studies in Oriental Medicine and massage, Christina received a Bachelor of Science in Biology with a concentration in Medicine from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville. She is also a Certified Reflexologist with additional certifications in Maternity Reflexology and Maya Abdominal Therapy. Christina has published numerous articles and has presented various lectures on acupuncture, health and wellness.

Christina welcomes people of all ages and medical conditions to her practice. Her specialty is women's health and infertility, but Christina has years of experience working with a wide range of other health conditions such as chronic headaches, migraines, digestive disorders, respiratory issues, anxiety, stress, depression, chronic fatigue, autoimmune diseases, pain conditions and cancer.
