Rashmi Gulati, MD
Rashmi Gulati, MD, pathology and internal medicine, has been practicing for fifteen years. For the past six years she has been the
medical director of Patients Medical. Under her leadership Patients Medical continues to offer a health care program that treats the patient as a whole person and as a respected individual.
Dr. Gulati completed her pathology residency at Rohtak Medical College in India, graduating at the top of her class. She completed her internal medicine residency at St. Joseph Medical Center in
Chicago, and Orlando Regional Medical Center in Orlando. She trained as a holistic, integrative physician with the American College for Advancement of Medicine. She is a former physician director at Humana Military Healthcare Services (an insurance company that administers benefits for members of the military) where she was responsible for case management and quality assurance for patient procedures and care. While there she also gained in-depth knowledge and expertise in all aspects of medical claim management, including approval policies and health plan procedures. Dr. Gulati is a certified DAN (Defeat Autism Now) physician
and has worked with many autistic children.
Dr. Gulati took over as medical director of the practice from Warren Levin, MD in 2004. Dr. Gulati has also served on the medical staff at both Florida Hospital and Orlando Regional. She
currently has medical privileges at Parkway Hospital and Wykoff Medical Center of Brooklyn, New York. And she is a member of the American College of Physician Executives.
Dr. Gulati specializes in both internal and integrative medicine, having broadened her medical knowledge in integrative medicine under
Dr. Levin's mentorship. With her extensive allopathic clinical experience and enhanced naturopathic expertise, Dr. Gulati is in a unique
position to truly integrate Eastern and Western medicine to treat disease and heal patients.
