Dr. Emine Cosar, MD has over 20 years of medical experience as a Gynecologist. She trained at the prestigious Istanbul University, Istanbul School of Medicine, and completed her residency at Marmara School of Medicine.
She has a special interest in Reproductive Medicine and worked 3 years at Yale Reproductive Medicine as a visiting scholar.
Dr. Cosar brings a wealth of clinical experience to the table. At Patients Medical she currently provides all routine Gynecology services including annual Gyn checkups, Ultrasounds, Pap smears, etc. and supports holistic and integrative gynecology modules. These modalities include Wellness and Preventative medicine and Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy (BHRT). Insurances: Dr. Cosar accepts Medicare and Aetna insurances. For all other insurances, she is out of network and accepts PPO plans. Patients without insurance are accepted on a cash or credit card payment basis.
