Dr. Kulsoom Baloch is a dedicated and accomplished egg donor coordinator at Indian Egg Donors, combining clinical expertise, public health insight, and research leadership. She holds a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) from Ziauddin University in Karachi, Pakistan, and a Master of Public Health (MPH) from Hofstra University in New York, where she graduated with academic distinction and received the Academic Excellence Award. In recognition of her scholarly contributions and commitment to public health, Dr. Baloch was also elected as an honorary member of the Delta Omega Society, a prestigious national public health honor society. She is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Healthcare Management (MSHCM) to further enhance her leadership and operational expertise in healthcare delivery.

With three years of clinical experience in leading hospitals in Karachi, Dr. Baloch brings hands-on patient care expertise to reproductive medicine. Dr. Baloch is also an active researcher, focusing on oncology, urology, and public health. She has co-authored peer-reviewed systematic reviews indexed on PubMed and published in Cureus, and are also available on platforms such as Semantic Scholar and ResearchGate.

At Indian Egg Donors / Egg Donors 4 All, Dr. Baloch oversees the full donor journey from recruitment and screening to medical evaluation and coordination with IVF clinics. She also manages the Guaranteed Embryo Creation Program in Europe, a comprehensive initiative designed to optimize success rates for intended parents. In this role, Dr. Baloch coordinates every aspect of the program, including donor selection, IVF clinic collaboration, embryo creation planning, and monitoring outcomes. Her leadership ensures that the process is seamless, transparent, and guided by best clinical practices, while providing personalized support to both donors and intended parents throughout the journey.
